1. Who handles your data

2. What we collect
Through the booking form: your name, phone number, the topic you chose and a comment if you left one. The form asks for nothing else and collects nothing automatically.
3. Why
One purpose only: to contact you about your enquiry — to call back, clarify details and book an appointment. We do not use these details for mailings and do not pass them to third parties for advertising.
4. On what basis
On the basis of your consent, given when you send the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@apex-dental.ru or calling us. After withdrawal we delete the data within 10 working days.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept no longer than needed to handle the request and to maintain medical records for the periods set by law. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Who else sees it
A booking is delivered to our internal work messenger, which only clinic staff handling appointments can access. The site is hosted by a provider acting as a processor on our instructions.
7. How it is protected
The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access keys for the delivery service are stored encrypted on the hosting side and never appear in the site's code.
8. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold, require it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Contact us in any of the ways listed above.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
